General. Refunds for purchases of Jona products are only available in accordance with this policy. This policy only applies to customers who purchase Jona products directly. If you have received a test kit through a provider or other third party please consult your provider or the third party to determine if your kit is eligible for a refund.

Requesting a Refund. Requests for refunds under this policy must be sent by email to support@jona.heath. Please provide your order number in the subject line, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation or photos.

Before Shipment to You. Jona offers a full refund of the purchase price for test kits if an order is cancelled before it has been shipped to you.

After Shipment to You. Because we cannot accept returned test kits once they are shipped, we offer a refund of the purchase price of the test kit minus fifty-five dollars ($55) if all of the following circumstances are met:

The test kit has been shipped to you;
- The refund is requested within fourteen (14) days of purchase; and
- The test kit has not been shipped to the laboratory or sequenced.

End of Refund Period. No refunds are available after fourteen (14) days from purchase.

Shipping, Handling, and Tax. All charges for shipping, handling, or tax are not eligible for a refund.
Modification of this Refund Policy. Jona reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any modifications to this Refund Policy will be effective upon posting the updated version to Jona’s website.
